We do not offer any returns or refunds* on our products.
Exchange is only applicable* under the following strict conditions:
The customer *must record an uncut video* while opening the sealed parcel *immediately after delivery* using a mobile camera.
The video must clearly show the following :-
* The parcel is fully sealed before opening
* The parcel is being opened in the same video (without cuts or edits)
* Any defect, damage, or incorrect item is clearly visible in the same video
*This video recording will be considered the only valid proof for exchange.*
The customer must send this video to us for the exchange process to begin.
*No exchange request will be accepted without proper video proof.*
Kindly make sure to record and safely keep the video during parcel opening.
